What a Weekend.
Wow What a busy weekend. Friday we started our first big solo home improvement project. We are building a nice picket fence for the front yard for the boys.

End of work Day two.. Almost done.. 4 more posts and 3 gates and we are finished..What a fun project.. We are having a great time putting together the fence.. Next we are going to start painting rooms once it is nice enough outside to leave some windows open at night..
Other things this weekend was Mother's day I had a great time I got to sleep in till 8:30a doesn't seem as late as I used to be able to sleep in but when you are used to getting up around 6am the extra 2.5 hours is nice. I woke up to Nick and the boys making me pancakes.. It was so sweet. We ended up hanging out and working on the fence and hanging outside all day which was nice. We went out to dinner at Red Robin Yummy! Noah was hilarious with the mandarin oranges.. At home he will squish them with his fingers and not eat them.. But when you are out at a restaurant and fed like a prince he gobbled them all up. Funny. The boys also decorated me cakes but we didn't get to eat them this weekend.. Too stuffed.. We will have them today!! Yum

All in all we had a great weekend. Today we are hoping to put on the gates to the fence and then we will be all done with the fence.. Well till we stain it that is.. :D
