Whew what another weekend.
Well Friday we headed to Bagley. Nick took the whole day off so we got to move a little slower than normal which was nice. We packed up the boys and headed out about 10. Stopped in Dodgeville for some lunch then stopped in Monfort for some yummy popcorn and then headed the rest of the way to Bagley. Friday was the rehearsal for my cousin Danielle and Ryan's wedding. So the boys stayed at my mom's and hung out with their OMA ( grandma in German). They went out and played in the little wadding pool sorry no pictures were taken.. Would have been cute to see. While we were up in Waukon, IA for the rehearsal. I was a reader with my cousin Kelly I did the 1st reading and responsorial psalms. I also on wedding day got assigned to hand out the Eucharist, anything to help right! Well after a yummy Mexican inspired dinner lovingly prepared by my Tante (Aunt in german) Julie we boogied back to Bagley, WI.
Saturday- Wedding DAY!!! Fun Fun.. Got to Waukon and the boys slept in the van for a while! While I was inside doing all my jobs.. :D Once I was done I got outside to find out Noah was not feeling very well and had exploded out his pants and up his back.. So after a strip down and a wipe off we traveled back to Prairie du Chien before the reception to buy a new change of clothes. Yes this happens the one time I don't carry a FULL diaper bag.. GRRR! But luckily we had time to kill. So to walmart we went with Noah in his diaper. And yes we got a lot of funny looks that we had a mostly naked baby in the store.. Not sure why!! We got to the reception and had 2 starving babes on our hands.. And unfortunately dinner was not for another 2 hours.. hmmmm. So after harassing a few waitresses for some rolls which were all scarfed up by my 2 guys and my brothers and my 3 cousins that were with us.. hmm guess everyone was hungry. Once I finally got in line to eat.. A very long line.. I decided that I was not going to go up a zillion times for plates for the boys, Nick and I so by the end of the buffet I had 3 salad plates in my left hand and 2 dinner plates in my right talk about putting my waitressing years to good use. :D We unfortunately had to boogie out right after dinner and the speeches.. I was sad to miss the first dance and all those parent dances.. But 2 little boys were wiped..
Sunday- Started off with a Sick lil Noah.. So we decided to pack it in and head home.. By the time we got home and took his temp again he was up too 100.2. So more tylenol and nappy nap. After nap he woke up with a blistering 104.7. Geez.. So we stripped him down and cooled him off. Took his temp again and it went down to 102 a little more Tylenol and he was up playing a bit. He enjoyed the lovely BRAT diet (Banana, Rice, Applesauce and Toast) for the rest of the night. Got him a solo Tubby (which he loves to do) and then back off to bed.

Monday- 7:30 wake up call.. NICE!!! Noah's Temp was back to normal and we had a busy morning. 9am 18mt check up for Noah, and 11am Photos at Appleby photo for Isaac he was helping out with Becky's new window front for the store for their fall layout. So My Big Guy Noah is 28lbs 2 oz and 34 1/4 inches tall. that is about 1lb and 2 oz bigger than Isaac was and 1 and 1/4 inches taller. Due to him not feeling well he didn't get his shots so he gets to accompany me on Friday for my appt and my Gestational Diabetes test.. Afterwards we ran to the bank, and Starbucks to kill sometime. Then Headed over to Becky's Studio for the photo shoot.. What a beautiful studio.. It is in an older building with beautiful woodwork. So we got him all dressed up in his City Vintage look. Plaid over shirt, White undershirt, lighter colored jeans and his new pair of Airwalks. Super cute. We then took the city on by foot and found some great locations to show off his cuteness. I can't wait to see how the photos turn out. Well that was our crazy busy weekend that spilled into monday Morning. It is now Nap time so I am going to get some stuff done and maybe catch a few Zzzzs before the afternoon/night fun.
Well another busy weekend is ahead of us.. Noah's 18mt photo shoot, Adam W (Nick's Friend from HS) wedding, so here we go again after a few days of down time! This summer is going to wear me out!
