The wacky world of the Klauer Klan!

Yesterday the Boys and I went to a place Called Bean Sprouts it is a pretty darn cool little shop. It is a little Cafe' with kids in mind. There is a play area that includes a toy kitchen and blackboards and a ton of books and board games to play with. The bathrooms have 2 potties a big (Adult) potty and a small little potty for the kids. This place was just all around fun. They have a great menu of healthy items and even make healthy baby food purees for the newly solid eating patrons. I decided I was going to get their cookbook.. 1) to help support this small business and 2) because there was some great recipes and fun little things to make with toddlers like..Pita boats and pear penguins.

So back to the reason we were there. They were hosting a decorating valentines day cookies for the kids it was $4 per kid and they got to deocrate 3 cookies with icing, sprinkles, coconut, and dried fruit. Afterwards the boys played and then there was a person who came in and did story time with them. Afterwards I ordered lunch for myself and it came with a free kids meal since it was monday free kids meal with adult purchase day. So I split that for the boys since they had already scarffed down their cookies.. Well here are some fun photos that a friend (Catherine) took since I forgot my camera on the way out the door..
