Rabbit Holes and knock off Indian Tacos.

"River in Wonderland"

Well yesterday we went to Miss River's 2nd Birthday party. It was a Costume Mad Hatter Tea Party! We all dressed up with Bunny ears and were Fashionably late like the White Rabbit.. :D
Isaac was too busy to come take a family photo with us.. I am sad that he didn't join us. :(


Then we got home and I made a knock off version of my Tante's yummy indian tacos.
I took a can of the non cut Crescent rolls and unrolled it on a cookie sheet and baked it till it was golden.. then I added Taco meat and refried beans and topped it with cheese and put it back in the oven till it was warm and the cheese melted. I think next time we will top it with lettuce and tomato and salsa but we didn't have those ingredients just topped it with sour cream this go round.. SUPER YUMMY It was something I just made up with inspiration from my Tantes Indian Tacos to help use up our leftovers in the frig so we will have it all cleaned out for our trip..

We head out on Wed for Florida. So we will be gone till the 10th of April.. I will blog all our fun when I get back.. better take a Note book to write down as we go.. :D
